At Just, Paula worked closely with the Head of Design and engineering team to develop UI & UX for Just products. The role required seamless coordination across various design disciplines, including UI/UX design, motion design, branding, and visual design. Paula was responsible for overseeing all design executions and deliverables, identifying bugs, conducting product testing, and ensuring timely issue resolution. Additionally, she contributed to drafting and developing user journeys to enhance the overall user.
